When I look at José Manuel's stone sculptures it reminds me Max Planck's famous quote: "There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this minute solar system together".
Indeed, these unique sculputres show us that for some sculptors there are no boundries in the material they are work with. Stones are solid, hard and strong. José did something incredible - he reversed these attributes and created something organic, soft and liquid.
It's hard to find even basic information about this artist so Im attaching a link to his facebook profile. Maybe you can send him a note and ask some questions;)
